CGX GAME COACH?
The professionally trained Game Coach accompanies every event to thrill and inspire your guests individually with our state-of-the-art mobile video game theatre. Our game coaches help guests and gamers with everything needed to have the complete game Xperience. Our game coaches, tutor and inspire your guests to have the most fun possible with our state-of-the-art equipment. Younger guests may receive lessons with the game movements and wireless controllers. Teen guests might be shown tricks of the trade and game strategy and act as a ‘big brother/big sister’. Tipping for service is appreciated, but not required.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY EVENT PACKAGE?
Each event package is custom designed to create the complete game Xperience. Each event package includes our custom CGX video game truck, game coach, personalized digital invitation (made especially for your birthday gamer or event and can be sent out via email or text) and access to video games both inside and outside of the CGX Game Truck.Xperience Add-ons are also available and encourage for the ultimate gaming party! Add on’s must be made within one week of the event to ensure fulfillment time.

YOU'VE GOT QUESTIONS, WE'VE GOT ANSWERS!
It’s easy! Click the “Book NOW” button and you’ll be directed to our booking portal. Submit your and reserve your date. No call or emails needed, just one all inclusive booking portal. Once your deposit is paid, your Xperience is ON! Don’t worry, you’ll receive contact with confirmation and additional information if needed.
On the day of your event, CGX arrives to your residence or event; parks the game truck in front of your house and the “Game Coach” welcomes everyone inside and helps your guests.
The Game Coach arrives in plenty of time to be setup and start your party at the designated start time. Normally between 10-15 minutes ahead of time. Although rare, stuff happens… If we are delayed for things that are out of our control we will contact you if we are running late. Don’t worry though, we will make sure you get your full gaming time in.
Our reservations go quickly. In order to secure your desired date and time you’ll simply need to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your reserved date.
Rain, shine, temps below freezing, or over 100 degrees — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive and safe for the guests, we’re there for you!. Our theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. Outside Awning Systems is unavailable during inclement weather.
Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. As long as your driveway or street isn’t on a steep hill, and there is sufficient space for our truck and 32ft luxury theater to enter, park, and exit, we can come. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot!
Your reservation includes a 30-mile travel distance from 60633. An additional fee will be made for distance beyond.
A valid credit card or debit card is required to pay for your reservation. There is a non-refundable 50% deposit required to secure and guarantee your reservation.
Children under the age of 6 require a parent or guardian be present inside the mobile video game theater for supervision. Ages 7+ must have an adult on site and remain onsite during the duration of the event. CGX Game coaches will check in with the adult at the time of arrival and the adult will be the main point of content for throughout the event.
CGX employees are not responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, CGX employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
Food or drinks not permitted inside the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering. For an additional fee, we will provide a 6ft table to sit outside of the game theatre to sit your food and drinks.
We do have Fortnite and other online game play available! If mobile broadband service is available in your area, we can use our own cellular routers for internet game play. Performance of online game play is subject to cellular connection bandwidth at your location.
